Richard Murphy Jr. has proven otherwise. As chief executive of a warehousing company operating in the Twin Cities, he has demonstrated that green initiatives can be implemented without breaking the budget. Of course some tactics work better than others, and the pay back for the several options can be substantially different. In an article written for our newsletter in September 2010, Murphy demonstrated the impact of nine green options on his warehousing operations.
