Here is a customer relations policy that many warehouse operators might adopt:
- Respond to every customer inquiry within a day.
- Every key customer has a regularly scheduled visit from our senior management.
- We keep our customers informed, as well as aware of our capabilities.
- We recognize and thank clients when they award us with additional business.
- We try to improve our understanding of our clients operations so we can improve our ability to serve them.
- We are easy to do business with.
