There are plenty of vendors would persuade you to discard your existing warehouse management system (WMS).
Consider the fact that adaptive software might allow an existing WMS to run like new. Start by walking into your warehouse and asking workers "what doesn't our WMS do?" The result will be a list of things that need fixing.
While the quick answer may be to discard the old system, in many cases, adaptive software can fix the system and allow it to work better than before.
