Jack Welch, former CEO at General Electric, described it this way: “Good business leaders create a vision, articulate the vision, passionately own the vision, and relentlessly drive it to completion.”
Successful leaders have a vision, and all of their followers are fully aware of what that is. If you do not have one today, it is not too late to create a vision and communicate it to every one of your direct reports.
